Acetal

Acetal (Delrin®) is a common plastic material known for it's low friction and wonderful demension stability. Acetal has low water absorption as well as high heat resistance. It's an almost prefect material for laser cutting or engraving which helps avoid costly setup fees for low quantity orders.

Acetal is resistant to most chemicals except chlorine. It has low friction and good electircal insulation proerties. Acetal also offers high tensile strenght, stiffness, creep and fatigue resistance as well as high impact resistance.
